LEASE INCOME DISTRIBUTION

Real Estate Investment Fund for investment in commercial properties such as shopping centers, office buildings, warehouses, distribution centers, among others.

The Fund invests in:

1. Properties generating lease income with solid lease contracts.
2. Land to develop in the short term.

Investments are reviewed by the Technical Committee looking for the best selection, to achieve a greater appreciation of the properties in the future.

The Fund invests in locations with high economic, population and commercial growth in any city in Mexico that meets these requirements.

The NOI (Net Operating Income) is distributed in a monthly basis according to the percentage of each investor. The investment period is considered within 5 to 7 years, after this period of time, the real estate portfolio will be sold to benefit from the appreciation of the properties.
